As of now there is no plans for a linux version of Tofu, when work commence on M1/M3 port Android will be the targeted platform.

Is there any news about CEC support in Tofu? maybe native or Pulse Eight Cec adapter support? Or is there any link where we can see expected features which will be available (only)in Tofu? Maybe a link or something else which will be updated frequently?

Netgrear Readyshare is just router USB storage exposed via SMB, so yes, it should work without a problem even on pre-tofu XIOS XBMC builds.

There is CEC options in the setup screen (though I haven't verified it personally), and thats actually part of Android (JB) not XBMC.

Tofu will be available on the DS (as an APK) once the XS launches.
