I took a look at the phone system (I am, in fact, also the administrator of our PBX) and found your 5 calls. There was a programming glitch causing inbound Texas-based (actually, all area codes that start with an '8') area codes to not get routed to the proper support queue, and just ring forever to a dead end. Sorry about that. Fixed it. If you leave a message with support, they will contact you back, usually within a day. The online ticket system will also get you pretty quick results.
