Problem With Remote

Hi,

I have problems with my remote and I have sent an email to support 2 days to ago for replacement and haven't got any reply from them yet.

Can someone please look into that and take it up please ?

Hi aasoror,

I replied to your PM and can haven't got any reply yet to my email to support. Without remote working properly my XIOS box is useless for me. Please check.

yeah acctually i also got one of the stock remote controls faulty (volume up button is pushed in and does not work). what should i do to get it replaced (I live in European union)

They confirmed getting your email, they were about to email you back whether its the Stock or the Sense remote you are having issues with, now I suppose its the stock IR remote.
