Returns: Pivos Australia

My new Xios is dead and needs to be returned.
I bought this through http://www.pivos-australia.com/
OFFICIAL XIOS DS MEDIAPLAY! DISTRIBUTOR FOR AUSTRALIA
However, there is no return info and no email or phone contact either on the invoice or the website (which is terrible service).
So I have no obvious way to request replacement.
How do I get my unit replaced.

You do have a point, distributor needs to have a phone number there, thanks for the note.

The contact form did not render on my Android tablet. I only found it when I resorted to my Laptop. Even then this is annoying. It is sent blind. You get no copy for your own record and no auto reply is generated. So you don't know whether they have received it or when they will reply. It does not instil confidence. Thanks

Agreed.
I passed this to at-vision (the distributer).
It seems to come from their own directory (as for Australia it indeed lists the same address without a phone number).

This is not resolved.
Pivos-Australia/Asia/at-visions do not respond to messages sent via their contact form, and this seems to be only way to contact them (or not).
I am extremely angry. Product was faulty and there is zero local support. This is the sort of thing I expect from dubious 3rd party resellers, not from official distributors explicitly using using the manufacturers own name (Pivos-Australia). I have wasted far more time on this then the item is worth.
It is totally unacceptable to sell product and provide no returns procedure and surely contravenes consumer protection laws (whichever territory you are in).
I would be grateful if you could help resolve this. Although the fault lies with your distributor, ultimately it is the Pivos brand that is damaged too.
The original Order number was #229 and item was dispatched from Pivos-Asia .
