This is not resolved.
Pivos-Australia/Asia/at-visions do not respond to messages sent via their contact form, and this seems to be only way to contact them (or not).
I am extremely angry. Product was faulty and there is zero local support. This is the sort of thing I expect from dubious 3rd party resellers, not from official distributors explicitly using using the manufacturers own name (Pivos-Australia). I have wasted far more time on this then the item is worth.
It is totally unacceptable to sell product and provide no returns procedure and surely contravenes consumer protection laws (whichever territory you are in).
I would be grateful if you could help resolve this. Although the fault lies with your distributor, ultimately it is the Pivos brand that is damaged too.
The original Order number was #229 and item was dispatched from Pivos-Asia .
