AIOS rebate

still no rebate. The rebate address did have it resubmitted. The status has shown "SUBMISSION FULFILLED" dated 5/14/2012. I emailed Pivos and the rebate center Monday, still no reply.

anybody else having rebate issues?

Since you actually don't get mailed anything physicial but an email with the virtual card number a "submission fulfilled" status should be easily verifiable, I assume you have your "spam" folder checked ?

I do realize it was coming via email. I have checked all messages and the spam folder since the status changed to fulfilled.

Even if the email lost its way (for one reason or the other), I don't see why can't they just lookup your file and re-email you the codes.

my rebate has been "in process" since 4/13/12. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have never had a rebate take this long. let alone a "virtual" rebate. unbelievable

vega,

send me the email address you sent the email to. I looked up with our rebate service, and there is no emails coming from vega. DO NOT send rebate inquiry to inquiry email, since our marketing contact does not handle rebate lookups. Even though they will likely forward it over to rebate service, but it might get lost.

make sure you send us the full rebate submission material to rebate@pivosrebate.com.

please do the same.. send the issue to rebate@pivosgroup.com, so they can check for you. PM me once you are done.. and we'll look into it.

Also.. since all rebates are fulfilled via third party, it might take a couple days to do a manual lookup. it might take a little longer to get the rebates back, but it does not mean you are rejected unless you receive an rejection notice.
