Just learnt that Pivos does not provide prepaid shipping for RMA, even though my player is still under warranty. :cry:

"We follow industry warranty service and policy in which customer is responsible for shipping the return and we are responsible to ship return back to the customer.

Yep, that's the norm.

One way prepaid shipping is more of the norm these days (actually only big players like Brothers, Lenovo, Sony and Dell can still offer 2 way prepaid), even WD with their advance replacement policy still requires you to ship back the defective drive on your expense.
