contacting Pivos tech support

I've been trying to contact tech support by phone for close to a week now. I get endless busy signals, recordings telling my my call cannot be routed at this time, the occasional endlessly ringing phone, and, once in a blue moon, an info tree that lets me select tech support (option 4), only to receive a recorded announcement that 'the person at this extension is not available". What on earth is going on? Is the company out of business? (It certainly seems that the phone system is.)

Sorry to hear about that, pinged phone support to let them know they have an issue being reached.

I would recommend ticketing as its traceable.
