Sense Remote random key press

Postby banc » August 2nd, 2014, 7:25 am

I have a Sense Remote connected to my Windows 8.1 HTPC (Intel NUC). It works as expected but randomly sends "Right Windows Key" presses. So I can just leave it on the table and within maybe half a minute it sends a key press as mentioned. It happens very often. Any idea what is going on? In case the remote is broken, how can I get a replacement (I have PayPal receipt from a German online store).

P.S.: I also tested the remote with my Windows 8.1 laptop (HP Elitebook 850) and the issue persists.

I think you might need to RMA the remote.

If you just got it you might want to contact the store you got it from for replacement.

Else submit an RMA ticket with your proof of purchase, read here:

Thanks aasoror, I bought it last year so I opened a ticket. Would be great if I don't have to return the broken remote as the shipping from Switzerland will cost me at least 15$ for economy delivery. But will figure that our with the RMA guys...
